We set up real estate funds for renowned institutional investors and arrange exclusive club deals for selected investors. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Full-time Asset Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an asset manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Management of a portion of the real estate properties in Germany from our portfolio
  • Development and implementation of property strategies with the aim of maintaining/increasing the value of the real estate portfolio
  • Preparation and implementation of reporting and controlling
  • Preparation of strategic decisions, e.g., sale, rental, modernization
  • Responsible contact person for the direct and indirect (broker) marketing strategy for our properties
  • Implementation of innovative measures to attract and retain tenants
  • Independent handling of lease negotiations, from active tenant acquisition to contract conclusion
  • Control and monitoring of external property management companies, property managers, facility managers, and other service providers
  • Responsibility for approving and checking the monthly target amounts of the property managers and the annual utility bills
  • Collaboration on special projects for the strategic development of the real estate portfolio
  • Support in the implementation of purchase and sale processes
  • Reporting on the building-specific value creation strategy and compliance with the budget plan at the property level

OUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE

  • Completed degree, ideally in real estate management, or training as a certified real estate specialist (IHK) with additional commercial qualifications (m/f/d)
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in asset management
  • Experience with the Yardi program is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and precise way of working
  • Very good understanding of numbers
  • Quick comprehension and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Class B driver's license, willingness to travel for work
