Managing a property sustainably and not only preserving its value but also increasing it in the long term means striking a balance between economic and ecological requirements. We can only achieve this through transparency. We have therefore launched projects that highlight our requirements in the areas of energy, gas consumption, and waste management. In our strategy, we focus in particular on measures that enable us to achieve our goals quickly and without interfering with the building fabric. With our pilot project "HoST," we want to evaluate with our partners what is feasible and possible on the way to "zero emissions."
