To strengthen the successful team at our property management company, we are seeking a competent and enthusiastic individual for a long-term position in Frankfurt:

FULL-TIME OPERATING COSTS ACCOUNTANT (m/f/d) 

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

As a utility cost accountant (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Independent preparation of operating expense statements for commercial properties
  • Review and analysis of contracts, utility bills, and consumption data
  • Verification of invoices for factual and mathematical accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating billing-related master data in the system
  • Communication with owners, tenants, service providers, and utility companies regarding billing inquiries
  • Assistance in optimizing utility cost structures and contract terms
  • Assistance with financial statements and reporting for owners
  • Close collaboration with the accounting department and technical administration

OUR JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Completed business training, ideally as a real estate agent or in a comparable field
  • Work experience in property expense accounting or property management, as well as a knack for numbers
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of the property management software YARDI is a plus
  • A meticulous, structured, and self-directed approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset
