IMAXXAM Property Management GmbH is part of the IMAXXAM family. In 2025, the portfolio will comprise more than 80 commercial and residential properties with a total portfolio value of EUR 1.7 billion. 

To strengthen the successful team at our property management company, we are looking for a competent and enthusiastic individual for long-term cooperation at our Frankfurt location:

FULL-TIME OPERATING COSTS ACCOUNTANT (M/F/D) 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an operating cost accountant (m/f/d), you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Independent preparation of operating cost statements for commercial real estate
  • Review and evaluation of contracts, utility bills, and consumption data
  • Verification of invoices for factual and mathematical accuracy
  • Maintenance and updating of billing-related master data in the system
  • Communication with owners, tenants, service providers, and utility companies regarding billing inquiries
  • Participation in the optimization of ancillary cost structures and contract terms
  • Support with annual financial statements and reporting for owners
  • Close cooperation with accounting and technical administration

OUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate agent or similar
  • Professional experience in operating cost accounting or property management, as well as a certain affinity for numbers
  • Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of YARDI property management software
  • Careful, structured, and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and service orientation
