In 2025, the portfolio will comprise more than 80 commercial and residential properties with a total portfolio value of EUR 1.7 billion.
To strengthen the successful team at our property management company, we are looking for a competent and enthusiastic individual for long-term cooperation at our Frankfurt location:
FULL-TIME ACCOUNTANT FOR OUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an accountant, you will support our finance department with the following tasks:
- Independent processing of property accounting for various real estate properties
- Assistance in preparing the service charge and operating costs statement
- Rent and condominium accounting, including deposits, debit positions, posting of economic plans, dunning, etc.
- Checking and executing payment transactions
- Contact person for tenants, owners, and external service providers
- Account clarification and corrections
- Accounting for object invoices
- Preparation of payment runs
- Clarification of outstanding items on tenant accounts
OUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- You have completed commercial training and already have some professional experience as a property and rent accountant.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and comprehensive accounting skills.
- You are well organized, communicative, a team player, and service- and customer-oriented.
- You are exceptionally committed and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
