As a young and dynamic service provider in the field of real estate management, IMAXXAM Property Management GmbH currently manages around 80 properties in Germany. At our locations in Frankfurt, Giessen, Munich, Berlin, Erkrath, and Hamburg, we offer satisfied tenants and owners comprehensive services relating to the management, maintenance, and optimization of commercial real estate. IMAXXAM Property Management GmbH is part of the IMAXXAM family. With roots in asset and portfolio management, IMAXXAM develops holistic real estate concepts and establishes real estate funds for renowned institutional investors throughout Germany. In 2026, the portfolio will comprise more than 85 commercial and residential properties with a total portfolio value of EUR 1.7 billion.
To strengthen the successful team at our property management company, we are looking for a competent and enthusiastic individual for long-term cooperation at our Frankfurt am Main location:
FULL-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a property manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Independent management of a commercial real estate portfolio
- Management and administration of rental agreements, including rent adjustments and renewals
- Monitoring rental income and implementing dunning procedures in the event of late payment
- Supporting tenants, including handling inquiries, complaints, and concerns
- Minimization of vacancies through targeted marketing measures and tenant retention
- Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair work
- Regular property inspections and monitoring of the condition of the real estate
- Collaboration with tradespeople, service providers, and technical specialists to ensure smooth property management
- Monitoring and control of operating costs and optimization of cost structures
- Preparation and review of utility bills for tenants
- Preparation of regular reports for owners and investors
- Collaboration with lawyers on legal issues, particularly in tenancy law
- Preparation and monitoring of the property strategy budget and reduction of operating and ancillary costs (where possible)
- Preparation of business plans
- Settlement of insurance claims
OUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- Completed commercial training related to real estate and many years of experience in active management and customer service
- Responsible, independent, proactive, and team-oriented work, as well as a structured and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills & good written and spoken German
- You have no difficulty using a PC (standard office software).
- You are characterized by a willingness to learn and an affinity for digital applications in office operations.
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Quick comprehension, commitment, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mentality with a high sense of responsibility
