Maximum Facility Services was founded in 2021 and specializes in comprehensive facility management, including all ancillary services for residential and commercial properties. Today, a team of approximately 50 employees based in Frankfurt am Main manages more than 50 properties, providing services in technical and infrastructural facility management, repairs, and energy management.
