IMAXXAM Expands Its Portfolio with the Purchase of the "Cityflow" Office Building in Munich-Schwabing
Frankfurt am Main, September 30, 2025: IMAXXAM, the independent real estate fund management partner, is expanding its “German Small Asset
Invest II” (GSAI II) fund with the acquisition of the “Cityflow” office building in the Schwabing district of Munich
. The fully renovated property on Ungererstraße offers approximately 8,215
square meters of leasable space spread across six floors, as well as 101 underground parking spaces.
The office building is fully leased to the anchor tenant, Volkswagen. The seller of the
property is a closed-end public fund managed by Real I.S. The transaction was structured
as an asset deal.
