TECHNISCHEN PROPERTY MANAGER IN VOLLZEIT (m/w/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Als technischer Property Manager haben Sie die folgenden Aufgaben:
- Technische Betreuung von Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien
- Regelmäßige Inspektion und Objektbegehung der Gebäude
- Beauftragung, Steuerung und Abnahme von Reparaturen, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Steuerung und Überwachung der externen Facility Services im infrastrukturellen und technischen Gebäudemanagement
- Verhandlung von Wartungs-, Versorgungs- und Entsorgungsverträgen
- Durchführung, Koordination und Überwachung von Ausschreibungen, Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklungen
- Erstellung von technischen Reports und Dokumentationen
- Jährliche Budgeterstellung und -planung für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen (CAPEX und OPEX) sowie die Maßnahmenverfolgung (Soll-Ist-Abgleich)
OUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- Technische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich (z.B. eine Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann / zur Immobilienkauffrau, Elektroniker, Mechaniker), gerne auch abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, Bachelor, Master)
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Betreuung von Immobilien
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Responsible, independent, proactive, and team-oriented work, as well as a structured and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills & good written and spoken German
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Quick comprehension, commitment, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mentality with a high sense of responsibility
- Completed commercial training related to real estate and many years of experience in active management and customer service
- Responsible, independent, proactive, and team-oriented work, as well as a structured and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills & good written and spoken German
- You have no difficulty using a PC (standard office software).
- You are characterized by a willingness to learn and an affinity for digital applications in office operations.
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Quick comprehension, commitment, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mentality with a high sense of responsibility
