Wir freuen uns sehr: Das von uns gemanagte Bürogebäude im Kölner Süden wurde mit dem DGNB Platin Zertifikat ausgezeichnet – der höchsten Auszeichnung für nachhaltige Gebäude.
Doch was bedeutet das eigentlich?
Die DGNB Zertifizierung bewertet Gebäude ganzheitlich über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg – von der ökologischen und ökonomischen Qualität bis hin zu soziokulturellen und funktionalen Aspekten. Platin steht dabei für herausragende Nachhaltigkeitsperformance.
In der Kategorie soziokulturelle und funktionale Qualität (Nutzerkomfort, Aufenthaltsqualität, Barrierefreiheit, gesunde Arbeitswelten) liegt der Erfüllungsgrad bei der von uns gemanagten Immobilie sogar bei über 98 %.

IMAXXAM sells retail property in the affluent suburbs of Frankfurt am Main
Frankfurt am Main, February 23, 2026: IMAXXAM, the independent partner for
real estate fund management, has sold a nearly fully leased
supermarket and consumer market in Nieder-Wöllstadt, Hesse, to ABC-Immo
GmbH. The modern commercial property at Am Lachengraben 1
was built in 2018 and, with a gross rental area of 2,672
square meters, is 96.88 percent leased to REWE Markt GmbH on a long-term basis.
In the municipality of Wöllstadt, which has a total population of 6,700, this is the only
Rewe supermarket, which also has excellent transport links. The
single-story building, along with 140 outdoor parking spaces and
a DHL Packstation, is located on a total site area of
9,392 square meters.
IMAXXAM invests in office property in Stuttgart's Europaviertel district
Frankfurt am Main, February 17, 2026: IMAXXAM, an independent partner for the
management of real estate funds, has acquired a
modernized office and administrative building in a central location near the
Europaviertel in Stuttgart as part of a club deal. The property at Wolframstraße 60/62 comprises
around 7,800 square meters of rental space, which is leased to a diversified mix of users, including
a public sector institution, a medical care center, and
a training company.
IMAXXAM invests in established office complex in Flensburg
Frankfurt am Main, February 12, 2026: IMAXXAM, the independent partner for real estate fund management, is investing in an existing office building with outdoor parking spaces in Flensburg, the third-largest city in Schleswig-Holstein, as part of a club deal. The property on Eckernförder Landstraße in the southern part of the city comprises 25,410 square meters of rental space and 398 outdoor parking spaces. Built in 1987, the building complex has a solid structure, excellent transport links, and a diversified multi-tenant structure. The high proportion of public sector tenants ensures a high level of location loyalty.
IMAXXAM acquires new hotel building in central location in Hagen
Frankfurt am Main, December 1, 2025: As an independent partner for the management of
real estate funds, IMAXXAM has acquired a newly built hotel in the city center of Hagen
. With this acquisition, IMAXXAM is expanding the portfolio of its real estate fund "German
Small Asset Invest" (GSAI). The property, located on Graf-von-Galen-Straße at the corner of Am
Hauptbahnhof, comprises around 2,695 square meters of rental space and offers 85 modern
guest rooms. Built in 2024, the hotel is leased on a long-term basis to B&B Hotels Germany as
a single tenant with a strong credit rating. The seller is Weimer Wohnbau.
The transaction was structured as an asset deal. IMAXXAM will take over the portfolio, asset, and property
management of the hotel property in its entirety.
IMAXXAM Acquires Landmark Property “Lighttower” in Frankfurt’s Ostend District
Frankfurt am Main, October 6, 2025: IMAXXAM, an independent partner for the
management of real estate funds, has acquired the distinctive office and retail building at
“Lighttower” in Frankfurt’s Ostend district for its real estate fund “German
Small Asset Invest” (GSAI). The property at Hanauer Landstraße
comprises approximately 10,131 square meters of leasable space across 20 floors, features a
strong tenant mix, and is nearly fully leased. The seller is Deka Immobilien. The
transaction was structured as an asset deal. IMAXXAM serves as portfolio and asset manager for the “Lighttower”

IMAXXAM acquires a portion of the "Reiterstaffel Offices" building in Cologne as part of an exclusive club deal
Frankfurt am Main, October 1, 2025: IMAXXAM, the independent partner for the
management of real estate funds, has acquired a
building in the “Reiterstaffel Offices” office complex as part of an exclusive club deal. The property, located at Gaedestraße 9 in the southern part of Cologne (
), was developed as a joint venture by Bauwens Development and Swiss Life
Asset Managers in Germany and completed in mid-2025
. The joint transaction with IMAXXAM was structured as an asset deal.
The six-story office building comprises approximately 6,000 square meters of leasable space and features a spacious underground parking garage with 79 parking spaces. It is fully leased on a long-term basis to Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main,
one of Germany’s largest agricultural trading companies. IMAXXAM will handle portfolio and asset management for the property.
IMAXXAM Expands Its Portfolio with the Purchase of the "Cityflow" Office Building in Munich-Schwabing
Frankfurt am Main, September 30, 2025: IMAXXAM, the independent real estate fund management partner, is expanding its “German Small Asset
Invest II” (GSAI II) fund with the acquisition of the “Cityflow” office building in the Schwabing district of Munich
. The fully renovated property on Ungererstraße offers approximately 8,215
square meters of leasable space spread across six floors, as well as 101 underground parking spaces.
The office building is fully leased to the anchor tenant, Volkswagen. The seller of the
property is a closed-end public fund managed by Real I.S. The transaction was structured
as an asset deal.
