The approximately 75-meter-tall “Lighttower” was built in 1966 and underwent extensive renovation and an addition in 2005. Since then, it has featured a flexible floor plan that accommodates both individual and open-plan offices as well as hybrid solutions, and offers unobstructed panoramic views. The virtually column-free floor plans allow for a high degree of spatial flexibility. The property features modern technical amenities, including high-performance IT cabling (CAT7), raised and hollow-core floors in the hallways and offices, external sunshades, cooling, and windows that open. The underground garage and the parking deck connected to the “
